By installing and using Revenue Shield, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
2. Service Description
Revenue Shield provides subscription payment recovery and chargeback defense tools for Shopify merchants. The service includes automated failed payment detection, recovery email sending, and dispute evidence generation.
3. No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to help you recover failed payments and win disputes, we cannot guarantee specific results. Recovery rates and dispute outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
4. Billing
Revenue Shield uses Shopify's billing system. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. You can cancel anytime from your Shopify admin.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Revenue Shield for fraudulent purposes, to send spam, or to violate any laws. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Revenue Shield is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any lost revenue, data loss, or other damages arising from use of the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
