Common Questions
How do I know if it's working?
Check your Revenue Shield dashboard. When payment failures occur, they'll appear in the "Recent Payment Failures" section. Disputes will appear in the "Recent Disputes" section.
Why don't I see any data yet?
If you just installed the app, you may not have had any payment failures or disputes yet — which is good! The dashboard will populate automatically when events occur.
Can I customize the recovery emails?
Yes! Pro plan subscribers can customize email templates. Contact support to set up custom templates.
How do I submit dispute evidence?
When a dispute occurs, Revenue Shield auto-generates an evidence package. You can view and download the evidence from your dashboard, then submit it through Shopify Payments or your payment provider.
